The following services are included in the assistance package:
- Setting up the Payrexx account.
- Individual configuration: users, domain, look and feel settings (logo, colors), credit card billing, payout settings, notification settings, ...
- Support with the club's account verification in coordination with Payrexx
- Selection of possible payment providers
- Connecting the Payrexx account to Polaris via an API key.
- Creation of a donation page for club projects and integration into Polaris (can be used immediately).
- Personal support with questions regarding the setup of online payments (Payrexx)
Please note that support for setting up other (external) payment provider accounts (e.g. PayPal) is not included.
